(non-wedding orders)

1. We take orders by phone 1.877.579.6230 or 519.579.6230 or in person at the shoppe in person.
2. If you are out of province or country we will accept an email order but it may take 3-5 business days to respons.
   
3. Due to the volume of emails we are not able to provide specific price quotes by email.
   
4. If inquiring as to flavors, ingredients, availability by email
   please allow 3-5 business days to respond - for quicker response please call in.

Payment Policy:

1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is require to reserve your order. your order is not confirmed until we have received your 50% non-refundable deposit.
2. Balance is due on pickup of the order or prior to delivery.
3. Custom orders with less than 2 weeks notice will require payment in full at the time of ordering.
4. Payment can be made by cash, debit, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX or Paypal.
5. If you cancel your order a minimum of 7 BUSINESS DAYS in advance of your order the 50% balance payment is refundable if the order was 100% paid in full. The deposit is non-refundable.
6. No refund is available if the order is cancelled less than 7
   BUSINESS DAYS of the event.
